Mr. Bruffett has substantial experience on all sides of a New York criminal case. As a Rensselaer County Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Bruffett prosecuted DWI cases and worked in the Major Crimes Unit. With the Onondaga County Assistant District Attorney’s office, Mr. Bruffett protected children and others prosecuting defendants in the Special Victims Unit. In 2012, Mr. Bruffett was elected as a Cicero Town Court Judge, where he still serves.

In 2015, Mr. Bruffett published on the topic of DWI in “Strategies for Defending DWI Cases in New York” by Aspatore Books.

Mr. Azria has handled numerous DWI cases in central NY.  He was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from New York Law School. He is a member of the New York Appellate Division Fourth Department assigned criminal appeals panel.  Mr. Azria works with his partners to offer appellate service to firm clients.
